Langley Esquire President & CEO Timothy Langley was quoted in the March 2020 issue of the ACCJ Journal on the transformation of business practices in Japan. The shift to teleworking has accelerated as a result of the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, but corporate culture and management styles are slow to adapt.

“It’s hard, but the Japanese have proved time and again in the face of crises that they come together and get things done that just astound the rest of the world,” Langley said. “The technology is there. It’s just bringing the mindset, the management style up to speed. It could happen. I’m hopeful.”
