We are a tight-knot team of policy analysts, public relations specialists and government relations experts. We observe and analyze Japan\u2019s political, policy and business landscape and dedicate ourselves to giving our clients solutions that are customized to their needs.\u00a0<\/p>

Langley Esquire has come a long way since the company was launched soon after Timothy Langley<\/a> completed his tenures as General Counsel at Apple Computer and at General Motors Asia Pacific. At that time, the Company excelled in providing on-the-spot legal, political, and bureaucratic solutions. Clients were Fortune 500 international companies, embassies, Chambers of Commerce. In 2017, Langley Esquire had its first pivotal moment when one of Timothy\u2019s three sons, Mickey, joined the company. Two years later, third son Kelly joined. The business expanded while Mickey and Kelly developed industry experience and gradually the provision of legal services was discontinued. During their time with Langley Esquire, the company invested in initiatives that provided added value to our customers, not just the ones that drove business growth. During COVID19, the company continued active engagement in government affairs projects. We worked in the energy, technology, travel and retail sectors.\u00a0<\/p>

In 2023 the pandemic subsided and market entrants returned in earnest. The boys wanted to capitalize on the opportunities presented, utilize the experiences gained under their father\u2019s tutelage, and start their own business. What a great launching-pad for their careers, as Timothy continues to lead his bilingual and multicultural team to provide high-end solutions to complex issues at the crosspoint of public policy, politics and business in Japan.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
